By accessing or using AI Slop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

AI Slop is an informational directory of third-party AI tools. We provide descriptions, ratings, and pricing information in good faith, but we do not operate, endorse, or guarantee any of the listed tools.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Information may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. Always verify details — especially pricing — on the tool's official website before purchasing.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Slop and Nissam AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any third-party tool you discover through it.

5. User conduct

• Do not submit tools you do not have the right to promote.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or abuse the Service.
• Do not use comments to spam, harass, or misrepresent.

6. Intellectual property

The AI Slop name, logo, and site design belong to Nissam AI. Tool names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

7. Third-party services

Comments use Giscus (GitHub Discussions). Your use of that service is subject to GitHub's terms. The Service is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, subject to Cloudflare's terms.

8. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice, and may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable local law. Disputes shall be resolved amicably in the first instance via hello@aislop.tools.
